As the founder of Kamila’s Kitchen and The WellFit Club, Kamila has built a vibrant wellness community that celebrates Caribbean culture while empowering people to reclaim their health—body, mind, and spirit.
Raised in a Rastafari household where food was sacred and nature was healer, Kamila’s journey led her to blend academic training in journalism and nutrition with the lived traditions of her Jamaican roots.
